The controller for the data described here is Odysseus Web, based in Athens. For anything concerning your own details, write to us at info@odysseusweb.com.
What we receive
Through the form on this site we receive your name, email address, phone number, company name and the message you send us. You fill those fields in yourself, so only what you choose to write reaches us.
Why we keep it
These details serve one purpose: to answer your enquiry and prepare the cost estimate you asked for. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
For how long
Your enquiry stays in our records for 24 months after we last speak. After that it is deleted. If you ask sooner, we remove it within one month.
Who handles it technically
Three providers process your message solely on our behalf and under contract, so that it reaches us and stays secure.

- Resend
- Delivery of the email the form produces. Servers in Ireland.
- Namecheap Private Email
- The mailbox the message arrives in. Namecheap Inc., USA.
Where data moves outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Your details are never sold or passed to third parties for advertising.
Your rights
Over your data you hold the following rights:

- Portability to another provider
Send your request to info@odysseusweb.com and you will have an answer within one month. If you believe the processing of your data breaches the Regulation, you may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
